Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.;
Empty trash receptacles as needed.;
Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.;
Operate a power washer and clean or vacuum a pool; assist the maintenance team as needed.;
Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of outdoor and indoor common spaces.
