Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, air handling units, HEPA filters, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, and process gas systems;
Support cleanroom environmental controls by monitoring and maintaining pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, and particle levels within specified limits;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime;
Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and documentation in accordance with ISO, GMP, and internal policies;
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to support cleanroom operations and continuous improvement initiatives
