Pay: $20/hour to start — up to $27/hour through our Sparkle Up program

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time

• primarily weekdays, 8am–4pm Area:
  Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Vista

• Clean homes across North County Coastal
• Prepare short-term rentals so they're guest-ready
• Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the details most people walk past
• Tell your manager when something needs attention

• Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Weekday daytime availability — most work is 8am–4pm
• Cleaning experience preferred, but we train the right person
• English or Spanish — both is a plus

• All supplies, equipment, and training
• A consistent weekday schedule — no late nights
• Clear standards, so you always know what "done" looks like
