Depending on Campus assignment hours may be 5am to 2 pm; 6am to 3pm; or 7am to 4 pm.

• General Custodial and Cleaning maintenance in an Educational Institution Setting.
• Cleaning, Disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, moping, sweeping.
• Empty trash, clean marker boards, tables and chairs in preparation for start of classes.
• Cleaning and Disinfecting of Restrooms, water fountains and other high traffic queries/points for general public Health safety.
• Participate as directed by supervisor in team cleaning events and Special event set up.
• Attend regular training and safety classes as directed by supervision.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree.

Equivalent

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in the use of Commercial Cleaning machines, like scrubbers, carpet extractors and water pick up machines.

Special Certification/Licensure:

Environment: Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

Physical Effort: Considerable physical activity. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Risk: Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
