MAINTENANCE TECH I JOB SPEC 07.2026 Brief Description
This person works directly under the Facilities Manager or designee and is responsible for a wide range of exterior maintenance and grounds keeping duties at numerous buildings, grounds and related installations owned or under control, care, and custody of the county. Employee must be able to work independently and perform all duties with minimal supervision. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend meeting(s) related to the job, and perform all other duties as assigned.
StartingSalary Range
$19.99 - $22.06 per hour DOE
