Position: Custodial Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator)

Custodial Position Duties

At the full performance level (WG-05) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Performing custodial duties independently and without other than normal supervision. Full range of custodial work may include but is not limited to: cleaning and servicing vault toilets, buildings, campgrounds, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Must be able to understand, follow, and interpret written and oral instructions.
  • Safely operating a motorized vehicle on Local, State, and Federal roadways. May be required to operate a government vehicle to perform assigned work.
  • Providing general labor assistance to others in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, roads, trails, etc.
  • These are uniformed positions and must be able to respond to visitors politely.
