Successful performance may lead to advancement opportunities, including the potential to become an Evening Supervisor.

Attendance is extremely important in this position. If you have any scheduled absences, please let Margo know, plus let the Regional Manager know about your absences. Floaters do what the name suggests: they “float” different cleaning positions on a day-to-day basis as needed. We clean at many facilities throughout the Indianapolis, Carmel, and Fishers area.
