Performs basic repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms and public spaces;
Maintains building by performing basic repairs, carpentry, shoveling, clean-up work, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting and other related maintenance activities;
Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel-area down times to minimize guest inconvenience;
Inspects and maintains machinery and equipment for conformance with operations and safety standards;
Moves furniture, equipment and guest luggage as required
