Facilities Maintenance

OSG is looking for a Facilities Maintenance associate to work onsite at our Carol Stream, IL location.

Our Facilities Maintenance
, associate would be required to have:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Basic electrical knowledge
• HVAC Knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained
• Assist with basic maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor wall repairs, etc.)
• Work with other facilities staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

The position is Monday through Friday and would be required to work 4 hours on Saturdays. The ability to work overtime when required is a must.

Pay range: $18.00 – $21.00
