$20.00 per hour
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Flexibility is required, as occasional coverage outside the regular shift may be needed.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple locations
- Ensure buildings are cleaned according to company standards
- Train and mentor new and current employees
- Conduct quality inspections and follow up on any issues
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain effective communication between staff, clients, and management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
