Agente / Agent des interventions techniques polyvalent en milieu rural

Under the authority of the head of technical services, the versatile maintenance agent is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of communal buildings and equipment.

Perform minor plumbing tasks (replacement of seals, repair of water closets, faucets) Carry out simple electrical work (replacement of light bulbs, neon lights, fixtures) Carry out painting work Minor maintenance tasks Perform minor masonry work (cementing of poles, barriers, various repairs) Carry out simple carpentry work (adjustment of doors, repair of locks)

Basic knowledge in plumbing, electricity, masonry, and carpentry Mastery of common maintenance tools and techniques

Autonomy Rigor Sense of public service Good interpersonal skills and ability to express oneself

Driving license B required Technical training (CAP/BEP building preferred) Similar experience required

Cover letter and CV It is possible to recruit a person who is not a laureate of a public service competition for this position because one of the grades indicated is an entry-level grade C that allows direct recruitment without competition.

Art. L332-8 provision 6 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a specific position in a small community. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
