Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related areas;
Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs;
Use hand tools and power tools and maintain equipment in safe condition;
Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise;
Be available for on-call schedule and assist with event setups, deliveries, and moves
