Maintenance Manager

Take full ownership of a maintenance department at a stable, established manufacturer investing in its people and its equipment. This is a build-and-develop opportunity, not a caretaker role.

· Lead and develop a maintenance team across three shifts, most of them promoted up from the production floor, responsible for the repair and upkeep of production equipment and utility systems.

· Own and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program through the CMMS. Accurate records, real KPIs, real accountability.

· Apply Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methods to drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs.

· Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to support capital projects and daily production goals.

· Coach, mentor, and develop your team. Quarterly reviews, real career growth, real leadership, not just a title.

· 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience with a track record of increasing responsibility, ideally in a multi-shift plant.

· Working knowledge of core industrial systems: electrical, compressed air, plumbing, natural gas, mechanical systems (pumps, motors, bearings), PLC controls and VFDs.

· Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be seriously considered.

· Comfortable building a team, not just running one. This is a department that needs development, not maintenance in name only.

· Spanish is a plus

$128,000-$145,000 base plus an annual target bonus.
