• Perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at various client sites
• Execute deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface restoration as assigned
• Follow project schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Use commercial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding project status and any issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company standards, and client requirements

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
