Overview

Archer Western Construction is currently seeking an Oiler for the Texas Transportation Group/Dart Trail Phase 2, in Carrollton, TX. The Oiler will be responsible for lubrication and general maintenance of operating equipment.

• Lubricates parts of crane(s) and other heavy‑duty equipment that are in need.
• Completes inspections and logs on equipment to diagnose potential issues.
• Cleans and performs other routine maintenance tasks on equipment as requested.
• May assist in other duties as needed.

• 3‑5 years of verifiable experience in oiling or maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Requires ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Requires good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.

Salary range is based on training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
