Hours:

Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Weekend availability required.

Schedule:

7 days a week with variations based on business needs.

• Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience.
• Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical capability:
  Lifting up to 50 pounds independently; assisting with team lifts for larger assets up to 400 pounds; using moving equipment such as dollies, lifting straps, hand trucks, and manually disassembling items on site.
• Technical aptitude:
  Comfortable using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.
• Relevant experience:
  Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.

• Base hourly rate of $18/hour, digital and cash tips, and bonus potential for employees recognized by name in positive online customer reviews.
• Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate, available as needed.
