We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Atlas Point at Prestonwood in Carrollton, TX.

The Opportunity
As a Maintenance Technician, You Will
  • Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support renovation and capital improvement projects.
  • Execute high-quality, efficient unit turns.
  • Contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives.

You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the physical integrity of the property while helping elevate the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
Unit Turns & Service Requests
  • Complete unit turns efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in occupied units.
  • Minimize vacancy time through strong execution and attention to detail.
Project Support
  • Assist with unit renovations and property upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Ensure work is completed to company quality standards.
Preventative Maintenance & Compliance
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate service records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with local, state, and company standards.
Community Standards
  • Help maintain curb appeal and common areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment.
Requirements
  • Multifamily/senior living maintenance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction
