Part Time Housekeeper

Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and interior areas
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
Remove garbage and recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pickup
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
Ensure all chemicals are labeled and properly stored
Maintain good verbal and written communication with management
Maintain and stock restrooms and break areas with necessary paper products and chemicals
Obtain complete and accurate job requests from management and clients
Follow and communicate all safety rules and regulations
Represent Sizemore, Inc. in a professional role
Maintain documentation of account usage of chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safe use

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have dependable transportation
• Must submit to and pass required drug screen and background
• Have 2+ years janitorial experience
• High School diploma/GED required
• Capacity to take direction and work well under minimal supervision
• Be able to work in harmony with others
• Must possess great problem-solving skills and be a self-starter
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, clean MVR check (if driving), and employment verification
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random employment drug screens

Demonstrates strong janitorial skills with a focus on routine and non-routine cleaning, safety compliance, and effective communication. Capable of managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness in various environments while adhering to safety regulations.
