Pay or Shift Range

Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $20 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

We are looking for a full‑time Property Caretaker /
Maintenance person for our apartment building in Carson City, NV.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently
• Effective communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
