• Install electrical power to machines.
• Repair electrical motors.
• Analyze and determine cause of electrical problems.
• Change ballasts and light bulbs.
• Ensure compliance with Company Repair Station Manual (RSM) / Quality Control Management (QCM); be aware of ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements.
• Assist in all electrical facility upgrades.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Mechanical work.
• Carpentry work.
• Plumbing work.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Passing grade on Chromalloy Electrical/Maintenance Test.
• Current ICC Nevada journeyman electrician license.
• OSHA 10/30 hour certificate—plus.

• Able to read and write in English.
• Proficient in NEC and electrical standards.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Capable of metal layout and fabrication.
• Proficient with all hand and power tools.
• Able to operate forklift, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Ability to perform all work to established company and customer specifications.
• Able to bend pipe, install plastic and metal conduit, and install breakers/disconnects.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. Overtime will be paid to non-exempt employees in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
