Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Service Technician in Carson City, NV to keep our apartment communities in excellent working condition, provide outstanding customer service, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in the daily operations of the maintenance department.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $23 per hour

As a Service Technician
, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
• Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
• Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
• Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
• Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
• Take pride in maintaining the property's clean and safe appearance—and making sure everything runs smoothly for our residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in property management
• Ability to be "on-call" 24/7 for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license

This position typically works 40+ hours per week
