SCA Janitor
The SCA Janitor is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities as set forth by company standards. Responsibilities include cleaning terminals with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards. The janitor removes all refuse from offices, restrooms, break-rooms, and buildings daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean. They ensure that restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies, relocate, move, and adjust office furniture as necessary, and ensure that pest control systems are operating efficiently and that the highest degree of sanitation and housekeeping is maintained.
The janitor also removes ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots, maintains company grounds free from litter and debris, prepares company required reports on labor and equipment, maintains a log on the history of repairs by type of equipment, and performs other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications include attention to detail, good communication skills, and previous experience required.
The base hourly rate for this position is $18.62/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
