Sanitation, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Our client, a leading organization in warehousing and logistics, is seeking a Sanitation professional to join their team. As a Sanitation team member, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse maintenance and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation

Location: Carson, CA

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness in and around company facilities, including warehouses, offices, and exterior property.
• Utilize a variety of equipment and cleaning products to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Remove refuse from offices and building areas daily to promote a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing damaged pallets and washing trailers.

What's Needed?

• Ability to obtain a forklift operator certificate or complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment.
• 0-6 months of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered equipment safely and effectively.
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to work specified shifts and understand instructions clearly.
