Position Summary

Responsible for supporting, training, and evaluating team members in the assembly and testing of highly complex systems, including Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, create and follow work instructions, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions. The position supports quality, safety, documentation, daily production, and continuous improvement while helping create an empowered and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical knowledge, guidance, and training for the accurate assembly of very complex components, subassemblies, and finished systems.
  • Train team members on the testing of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Follow existing work instructions and assist in creating or improving work instructions to support consistent manufacturing processes.
  • Meet or exceed quality expectations on a consistent basis by ensuring work is performed accurately and in compliance with standards.
  • Diagnose assembly, testing, or process-related problems and develop practical solutions to support timely resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe, efficient, and effective manufacturing operations.
  • Create and promote an empowered safe work environment by supporting safety improvements and encouraging safe work practices.
  • Train and evaluate team members based on job knowledge, prior experience, and demonstrated performance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining flexible in the performance of job duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Accurately record and maintain all required documentation, records, and production-related information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, assembly required
