The Maintenance Supervisor supervises troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and other equipment. The role maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts and modifies facilities, buildings and grounds according to schedule and in emergency or non‑emergency situations. The supervisor ensures safety regulations and quality standards are met while maintaining efficient product flow through the production process. They coordinate maintenance work, provide trainee training, relieve personnel for breaks, and perform additional duties as required to serve the company.

• Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversee and guide the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met.
• Coordinate maintenance work, provide Maintenance Trainee training, relieve personnel for breaks.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, HVAC systems and apparatus.
• Perform maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment.
• Maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify facilities, buildings and grounds according to set schedule and in emergency/non‑emergency situations.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the maintenance area clean; secure equipment as needed; complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of experience
• One or more years of experience in each of the trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
• One or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems
