Our client, a leader in water treatment and environmental management, is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Operations & Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Water Treatment Operations supporting municipal and industrial water facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Cartersville, GA

Pay Range: $23/hour

Shift: 1st shift, start at 8am

What's the Job?

• Ensure and optimize process operation of water treatment facilities
• Guarantee the quality of wastewater collected and purified
• Recommend technical developments and improvements
• Manage subcontractors and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Apply and adhere to quality, environment, and safety systems and protocols

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of water treatment processes and equipment
• Ability to monitor and test water parameters such as pH and chlorine levels
• Strong documentation skills for environmental compliance
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, operational environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
