We are seeking a detailed-oriented Floor Tech to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hard floors and carpets.

Hours: 5:30am-2:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Duties:

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
