100% onsite in Cartersville, GA

DailyResponsibilities
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of Indigo digital presses to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure print quality standards are met for accuracy, consistency, and stability
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and color-related issues
- Prepare presses for shipment or production
, including full-system cleaning and setup - Execute equipment rigging and movement within the facility as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and part replacements
- Learn and master all press subsystems, components, and workflows through hands‑on work
- Maintain detailed documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to drive equipment uptime and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Indigo digital presses
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble, diagnose, and repair complex equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot print quality and mechanical performance issues
- Familiarity with digital press cleaning, maintenance, and preparation standards
- Ability to work in a physically active, equipment-focused environment
- Strong work ethic with a driven, motivated, and accountable mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with equipment rigging and internal material movement
- Background in print production or digital press environments with a focus on quality and performance
