Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Custodial & Security Team Lead for our Office Services team at the Carthage, MO corporate office. This on-site role reports to the Facilities Manager and runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
You will supervise custodial and security staff, perform daily building inspections, and ensure 24/7 coverage. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in custodial or security, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office.
