COMMERCIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN — NIGHT SHIFT

$13.00/hr | Full-Time | Carthage, TX

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

DNC Facility Services is hiring dependable cleaning technicians for our night crew at Panola College. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position in a campus environment, working as part of a team that holds a professional standard and supports each other.

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor care throughout campus buildings
• Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Follow campus security and site-specific procedures
• Communicate clearly with your Team Lead and coworkers

• Reliable — shows up on time, every shift, without exception
• A team player — works well with others and contributes to a positive, respectful environment
• Detail-oriented — takes pride in leaving spaces inspection-ready
• Coachable — willing to learn and follow the DNC standard
• Comfortable working nights and closing out a campus building independently or as part of a small team
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
