Exterior Repair & Sales Specialist

This is a door-to-door role that will be performed in most elements.

• Perform a variety of small exterior repairs including but not limited to:
  • Roofing repairs (shingles, flashing, leak mitigation)
  • Siding repairs and replacements
  • Gutter adjustments and minor exterior trim repairs
• Conduct in-person inspections and provide accurate estimates for repair work
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and explaining repair solutions
• Coordinate with management and production teams to schedule and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, materials used, and customer interactions
• Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle and tools

Proven experience in roofing, siding, or exterior home repairs

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable providing in-person estimates and discussing project scopes with homeowners
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditions
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
