Range Water Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features of our communities. You will keep lawns, sidewalks, and common areas clean and presentable, and assist with small repairs under the Service Manager’s direction.
The role requires weekend availability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. Prior property management or maintenance experience is preferred, and you’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and customer service.
