KETTLER is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Cary, NC to manage general upkeep, respond to service requests, and support budgets under the Maintenance Manager. The role includes preventive maintenance, make-ready readiness for vacant homes, and strong resident service orientation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Ladders, lifting, and on-call shifts are required.
