The RMR Group Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cary, NC to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the property safe and well-maintained. You will perform routine repairs, coordinate make-ready services, and help ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and on-call availability are required.
