Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Weinstein Properties is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

What We Offer- Pay: $23/hour (and up, depending on experience)
- On-call pay:
- $150/week (calls or no calls)
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

- Full-time:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) - Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team
- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year‑round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
