Maintenance Technician

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high-speed manufacturing and packaging lines running safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize downtime in a fast-paced food production environment. You'll read schematics, work with CMMS, support continuous improvement projects, and uphold strict safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and packaging lines to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective repairs
• Conduct routine inspections, safety checks, and calibrations to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to plan and execute maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS and support spare parts inventory management
• Follow and promote safety, food quality, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
