As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations.

Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores them properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low.

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
