Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Cleans all areas of the Facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles while following procedures and using approved chemicals and supplies;
Responds to spills, operates floor scrubbers, and disposes of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish low supplies;
Contributes to a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates and helps ensure positive first and last impressions.
