We are the largest open‑air outlet center in the state of Colorado. Located in Castle Rock, we are conveniently placed between the Denver metro area and the Colorado Springs region. • Maintain all common areas of the center—including parking lots, walkways, landscaping, and service areas—to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance by removing gum, stains, cigarette butts, paper, food, and other debris from all ground areas and surfaces.
• Ensure carts are fully stocked at the beginning of each shift.
• Empty all exterior trash cans at the beginning of each shift and as needed throughout the day.
• Utilize riding auto‑scrubber to clean clay paver areas.
• Utilize power washer to clean mats and concrete sidewalks.
• Utilize commercial outdoor vacuum to clean sidewalks, curbs and edges.
• Clean vacant storefront windows and frames, center signage, and other exterior surfaces.
• Perform snow removal duties such as shoveling, snow plowing, and application of ice melt as directed. Remove excess ice melt with backpack blower.
• Manually water exterior landscaping, only as needed if irrigation breaks occur.
• Support the maintenance staff as directed by the Operations Director and General Manager.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
• Assist customers as appropriate by always maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Maintain working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the Center.
• Assist customers with questions or requests.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
• No experience is necessary.

• Ability to comprehend instruction.
• Requires a high level of commitment to customer service.
• Requires attention to detail.

$18.50 – $19.00 per hour
