* Position Overview:

** We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards maintenance.
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
* Conduct regular inspections of club facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
* Respond to maintenance requests from staff and members in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent issues.
* Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair projects.
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the club premises.
* Implement preventive maintenance measures to prolong the lifespan of club facilities and equipment.
* Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives to promote sustainability.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in facility maintenance preferred.
* Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a similar setting such as a resort, country club, or hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, members, and external contractors.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
