Grounds Crew

Western Home Communities is seeking to add a Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This individual will be responsible for seasonal grounds maintenance and other maintenance tasks to support Western Home facilities and equipment.

What You'll Do Efficiently completes daily grounds maintenance work and general maintenance tasks

Quickly and accurately identifies ways to complete each assignment

Responsible for the care and upkeep of equipment and supplies

Interact with residents in a friendly and positive demeanor

What You'll Need Relevant grounds keeping experience(nice to have)

Experience with minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting and HVAC
16 years of age or older

Valid Iowa driver license
