Under direct supervision, performs custodial duties necessary for the general maintenance of buildings which involve tasks that require carrying, lifting, bending; empties trash and recycling; changes light bulbs in assigned areas using stepladder; shovels snow and spreads ice melt to maintain building entrances; reports needed repairs by completing repair slips; fills out order forms for requesting cleaning materials, supplies, etc.; locks and unlocks doors;
operates machines to facilitate cleaning activities; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Ability to read, write, and follow directions. Prior cleaning experience preferred.

4) Starting Hourly Rate: $18.76 ($17.51 base wage plus $1.25 shift differential)
