Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds;
Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles;
Fix wall and/or floor coverings; repair furniture and fixtures; basic plumbing work; minor electrical repairs;
Repair appliances; paint and refurbish projects; work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make-ready rooms;
Respond to emergency calls and be on call as needed
