MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -- GENERAL
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in building, grounds and maintenance operations preferred
- Good moral character
- Sufficient physical and mental abilities to perform the assigned duties
- Requires good communication skills
- A Maintenance Technician -- General will perform maintenance activities throughout School Corporation facilities, buildings and grounds as assigned to ensure full and productive use
- perform all assigned tasks related repairs, maintenance, landscaping, lawns, and snow removal
- appropriately operate and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles
- make maintenance and safety recommendations to supervisor(s)
- Other duties as assigned
