Shift Types: 1st, 2nd, & Overnights (Flexible 4–10 hour shifts)

Join the team that makes the magic happen! We are currently hiring Leads, General Laborers, and Forklift Drivers to support one of Austin’s premier entertainment venues—the home of the Texas Stars and Austin Spurs

You are the backbone of the event. You’ll be responsible for:

Converting the arena floor from ice/court to concert seating.

Setting up layouts, including chairs, tables, and barricades.

Assisting with overall event logistics and teardowns.

Precision and safety are key. You will:

Safely operate forklifts to move heavy materials and staging equipment.

Load and unload trucks under tight production deadlines.

Assist the floor crew with large-scale material handling.

Help us keep the wheels turning. You will:

Supervise a crew of 5–15 laborers to ensure tasks are done safely and on time.

Coordinate directly with venue management on setup layouts.

Maintain a high standard of workflow and safety on the floor.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–75+ lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Reliability: You’re a  show up early  type of person. Punctuality is vital in the event world.

Flexibility: Events happen at all hours—availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a major plus.

Safety First: A commitment to following directions and keeping the work environment safe for everyone.

Experience: While not required, a background in warehouse, construction, or event setup is a huge advantage.
