Weinstein Properties in the Austin/Cedar Park area seeks a Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) for a summer temporary role. Expect 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with an optional on-call schedule for extra bonuses. Pay starts at $20.50/hour and rises to $21.50/hour if EPA certified.
Responsibilities include turning vacant apartments, assisting with work orders, and maintaining grounds and community spaces. No HVAC cert required, experience preferred.
