Total Store Sanitation Lead
As a Total Store Sanitation Lead, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for sanitation and food safety, and lead the team with a total Store mindset. You'll perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training and developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations/training, sanitation, and customer service. You'll ensure food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs and overseeing daily process execution.
You'll maintain department cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization. You'll provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and resolve problems. The position requires age 18+, 6+ months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, 1+ years of experience as a Sanitation Specialist and leader (preferred), knowledge of OSHA guidelines, basic knowledge of product, product handling, and food preparation processes, strong verbal/written communication skills, time-management skills, ability to prioritize competing tasks, attention to detail, ability to learn to operate equipment, ability to take initiative, ability to work with a team mindset, ability to work late evenings and overnight schedules, ability to identify types of insects or rodents, ability to speak effectively, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to write routine reports, ability to apply common sense understanding, and customer service-oriented.
An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6+ months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety, Annual Food Handler, basic HAZMAT/Chemical Safety, and Certified Food Manager certifications are required upon hire. Physical demands include constantly walking, reaching at waist, grasping, frequently pushing/pulling with arms, occasionally standing, reaching overhead, reaching at shoulder, reaching at knee, reaching at floor, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, pivoting, twisting, pinching, performing fine motor movements, and being exposed to cold, ambient temperatures, loud noise, and wet conditions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage in excess of 50 lbs is required.
