Heritage Building Maintenance is a Midwest-based janitorial company acquired in 2022 by Bee‑Clean Building Maintenance. We continue to deliver high‑quality cleaning in office, medical, and recreational facilities.

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for office or medical buildings and related areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to the client at all times.
• Willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

• Full Time: 5 pm–1:30 am Monday‑Friday or 5:30 pm–2 am Monday‑Friday (varies by location); 30+ hours per week.
• Part Time:
  Varies by location; less than 29 hours per week.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Label, dilute, and use all chemicals properly.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

• Work performed in various office or medical locations with diverse people.
• Requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
• Must drive to multiple buildings each night to assist with openings and training new employees.

• Direct deposit pay every other Friday.
• Medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) with company match available for full‑time employees (30+ hours per week).
• Paid holidays after 90 days for full‑time employees (30+ hours per week).
• PTO accrual for full‑time employees (30+ hours per week).

14 – 15 USD per hour (Thornton).
