Job Overview

Responsible for cleaning tasks in office and medical buildings under the direction of the Supervisor.

• Full Time: 5 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. Monday to Friday or 5:30 p.m. – 2 a.m. Monday to Friday (varies by location), 30+ hours per week
• Part Time: Hours vary by location, less than 29 hours per week

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty all trash containers and replace liners; clean receptacles as needed
• Dust and clean desks and office furniture that are not cluttered
• Clean baseboards and windows
• Maintain the custodial cabinets in a clean, organized, and safe manner
• Maintain cleaning equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition
• Label, dilute, and use all chemical products appropriately
• Use personal protective equipment at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

• Work occurs in a variety of offices or medical locations with diverse people, personalities, and roles
• Work requires walking, standing, crouching, and lifting up to fifty pounds; driving to multiple buildings each night to aid in vacancies and new employee training

• Direct deposit payment every two Fridays

15 – 16 USD per hour (Cedar Rapids, Iowa)
