Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Cedar Rapids - Iowa City Area for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine maintenance of equipment, conducting preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and performing necessary repairs. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and contributing to the upkeep and proper functioning of the properties.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and residential Maintenance
• Experience with Troubleshooting and effectively resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance strategies and execution
• Skills in general Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in property management maintenance or related field is strongly preferred
